Electricity is payable by each homeowner according to the meter reading installed in every unit. Readings are done monthly in arrears and your consumption is billed to your levy account each month.

Water
Water is payable by each homeowner. The water bill is unit specific and billed per the individual meter reading, except in the case of some Apartments, where a collective reading is divided pro rata per Apartment size in square metres.
Refuse
Refuse is removed daily by the VMA, with the costs covered by the monthly levy. Please ensure all garbage is packed into bags before placing it in the bins. The VMA can assist with other waste removal for an additional fee.
Gas
Gas bottles can be purchased and refilled on Mahé at shops and petrol stations. The closest outlet is the Victoria Petrol Station.
